There needs to be:
1. A visual indication in the main menu of the available games and how many players the games need to start. This way someone might join one long enough.
2. Using the hive system or what not, use the ranking system to rank players for playing in gathers.
3. Make this look cooler than the rank for public play. This might be the most important thing
4. Give it a better name. I thought you were calling the organized play system Dropship. That's a brilliant name for it.
5. Make it easier to join and wait in gathers while playing in a public game, thus making it easier to invite players from pubs
6. Release NS2 2.0 for $5 on Steam
