Limits on lights / time spend under water

Battery/fuel drain on the subs could be visualy shown via the lighting levels instead of on the UI.
... And i just so happined to stumple upon some code/maths here.

    Realistically lights would start to gradually lower. However, it would only beging to lower as battery starts to run low. Also since I assume that the amount of power lights would use is negligible compared to other things (meaning the battery is probably very large compared to flashlight battery), it probably would lower when battery is about to die.
