Babbler mines

What if gorges could place a mine that spawned babblers that attacked marines? It could cost around 5 res (The cost of a single mine for marines) could be placed on walls and when a marine comes close enough the mine would explode releasing babblers onto the marine.
If a marine comes close enough to the mine, the mine would explode splashing goo onto the screen of anyone looking in its direction, and releasing something around 4 babblers. That would chase and latch onto the closest marine, dealing damage over time and nomming him to death.
However I do think marines should be able to remove the babblers by swinging their axe in the air, as it would be a little rediculous that if your buddy was killed and a single babbler latched on to you that you would be doomed to die unless you got to a marine nearby.
It could also possibly be a structure the Kham could build, maybe leading to some stradegies of making a minefield with a shade to cloak them.
I dont think they should release babblers when shot, that would be like mines shooting random shrapnel at long ranges when detonated.

Personally I'd rather see babblers be improved upon and make the web have an actual purpose before we start adding more goodies to the gorge.
I suppose they wouldn't be so bad for Kham, they are however another rookie pitfall. Oh boy do some Khams love spamming whips, shades etc.
