Interp Modding

I have noticed a couple of servers online that have the ability to modify interp. I am very interested in this, does anyone know where the source of this mod is? Or how it is achieved?

I would be very interested to know more...

1) it doesn't really do anything since the other rates need to be changed for maximum effectiveness.
2) interp number in console
3) NSL mod

Just need to find a way to hack the engine to increase the client updaterate and i'll be well away
