Vsync option doenst work after a restart

Hi guys,
I'm using Vsync to lock FPS to 60 (using 60hz monitor)
When I enable Vsync in the settings menu from disabled to Triple Buffered my FPS goes from 150+ to 60 as it should (by checking with the fps console command).
But the next time I start the game the Triple Buffered setting is still there but if I use the fps command my FPS isn't locked to 60 but goes to 150+ again. So it holds the settings in the graphic options menu but it doens't seem to use it. To fix this I have to go back to settings, disable it, get back in the game, get back to the settings and set Triple Buffered again. Is this a know bug?

It drives me nuts too
only way to enforce it is to re enable it every map change, and type maxfps 60 in the console.
Otherwise u get massive input lag
