The text when you type something is to small, you can't see it, it should be in the chat settings, the text size when you type and the text size that anyone said (in chat).

There's a reason why the text rendering is so awkward.
NS2 uses bitmap fonts. Bitmap fonts are fixed at whatever size they were created at, and the only way to resize them is to scale them up or down, which causes blurry/pixelated text. NS2 has only two reasonable font sizes for drawing menu text, the one you see in your chatbox, and a smaller one that I use at smaller resolutions.
The problem in your case is that you seem to be at a "medium" resolution, so you're at the point where a halfway size would be very useful. Seeing as there's no way to set "size 11" or whatever text, the text in the entry box has to be scaled down instead (which seems to be going too far in your case).
What is your exact resolution you're running the game at? I'll try to make the entry text scale better for it.

They can't open make same thing ?
My resolution: 1440x900 and the tv is 1366x768
