Water coming to NS2?

I was on ns2 servers website when I noticed this earlier:

Is this the water mod being implemented into the game, or this one of the mystery Spark things being worked on by Max, Dushan, Brian etc?

    ns2_watertest is a map shipped with the water mod so maybe someone of uwe is just testing it out.

    LOL that's my test map...on my listen server, so I don't have to waste time loading some huge level. No water is not being added to NS2 and probably never will.
