Independently bind Mouse Wheel Up and Mouse Wheel Down

Hello Unknown Worlds and other readers,

I have been suggesting this for a while (basically since the first alpha release about 4 years ago); but the ability to bind mouse wheel up and down should not be ignored! Please consider adding this to a future build!! I like to bind specific weapons to mouse wheel up and down (Up for secondary weapon, and down for primary); this makes it so I can quickly and accurately switch to a desired weapon and is a staple in all my custom game bindings.

Again. Please consider adding the ability to bind MW Up and Down freely.

I just wished it worked in the oppiset direction than it does by default.

Yep...I don't know why this game chose to be the first game ever to reverse the scroll wheel. I stopped using it altogether and bound weapons 1-3 to QEF as it was driving me insane.

I just use auto hotkey but yes this game being the only one to have an inverse scroll wheel is a problem.

I can't tell you how many times i've accidently used xenocide instead of parasiting because I downscrolled. UWE Please fix.

i got this working today but unfortunately it wont be included in the upcoming patch. im hoping i will be able to release that with 263 afterwards.
