Reinforced program links gone?

Just noticed that the links to the reinforced program are gone. Has the program ended?
I was checking the money meter every once in a while to see how far along UWE was at reaching the goal.
If the program is still active, you guys might want to give it a lot more visibility, or at least put the link back at the top of all the forums like it was.
