[linux] Where is the launchpad/editor/builder?!

I was just about to get right back into the making of my old map so i wandered into my (hidden) steam folder and steamapps/ns2 folder. wait a minute. Which of these is the launchpad? Turns out it isnt there!
How can i run it? or do i have to emulate windows to do it? (D:)

    You need to emulate windows to use them ;) All the dev tools are still only running under windows afaik.
