Can't find certain servers - SOLVED

An odd issue here. I have recently discovered that a large majority of servers (around 80 percent) are not coming up on my server browser. One of these is the only server in Australia with players, the Monash #2 server. I know it is still up because of these two sites which say there are 24 people on it:
http://hypernovadesign.co.uk/nanogrid/
http://www.gameserverdirectory.com/server/130.194.4.241:27019/
I also discovered that a lot of AUS servers in that list were not showing up on my browser (at the moment, only the DangerZone server shows up)
I have tried to manually connect to the server as well but that also gives me problems, because it always tries to join Monash #1 since it has the same IP address as Monash #2. It would be heaps easier if I could just see these servers. I have checked filters and nothing seems to be off.
Any ideas?
EDIT: Tried to join through nanogrid by clicking the arrow on the row with Monash #2. It opens the game like normal, but then doesn't attempt to join the server.
UPDATE: I have completely deleted every NS2 file on my computer, including through steam, manually deleting the folder in the steam files and deleting the Natural Selection 2 folder in %appdata%. Restarted computer. Reinstalled the entire game from scratch. Not only did this not solve the problem, but now the DangerZone server has disappeared too. Sometimes it will show up when I refresh the server list, but most of the time it does not. I now have no servers to play on. What is going on???
UPDATE 2: This is getting more and more stupid the more I try to do. I never had this kind of problem on a previous computer I used, so I pulled it out and booted it up. It needed an update so it updated like normal. I clicked play and, like a miracle had occured, every single AUS server shows up normally. On my computer with this problem, I get 210 servers normally. On my laptop, I get 223 servers. So these 13 missing servers are all local AUS servers for some reason. In other words, any server BESIDES ones with good ping are showing up. I am consistently able to get these missing servers up on my laptop, but unable to do so on my desktop. The filters are identical.
FINAL UPDATE: This issue was finally solved after copying over the Natural Selection 2 folder from %appdata%. There was some conflict between mods/fav servers on the desktop and laptop, and those favorite servers were not showing up. Upon restoring that, all the other servers appeared as normal and it was possible to play the game normally.
Perhaps this folder needs to be synced with steam?
