[Bug] Win / Loose after concede or people leaving

It often (when not always) occures, that if a team concedes or enough people go RR or disconnect, that said team still gets the "win" message or the other team gets "lost" message. I'm not sure if I explained the bug correctly. Just irritating that message is not consistent with concede / leave = lost game. Not big of a deal and the win / loss might be registered correctly. If not however the win / loss ratio might be off e.g. in ns2stats (it's off anyway as there is a mod bug with marine wins).

    I don't get your point. For me if a team conceedes it surrenders and in conclusion the other team wins.

    Exactly how it should happen, but not always does. E.g. I'm in Marine team, Aliens surrender and it says "Marines lost". Or the other way around.
