Free cluster grenade every spawn

I miss NS1. Marines should get a free cluster grenade once 'nades are researched every spawn. Then we might actually see nades being thrown in vents\behind RTs more often like it was in NS1. Failing that, a modified cluster grenade without the multiple warheads.

Thoughts?

    I do think UW kinda went nuts with the nades... all I wanted was to flush aliens from vents... but I guess it's better this way

    Then nobody would buy more pulse (useful end game)/gas (all the time, anywhere)/ or more clusters (Vent buster only pretty much)

    I feel cluster grenades should be a res or two cheaper because of how situation they are compared to the others.
