Build 258 - 60fps max after Alt-Tab

Hi,
when I return to windows screen during NS2 is running with Alt-Tab and go back to NS2 than it seems like that the fps is stuck/limited to 60fps suddenly when I had 160fps in main menu before. Does someobdy had this bug too? Happened also to me one time when I changed the Decal life time in game, the only way at the moment to restore the normal fps is to restart NS2.
System:
Win7 64bit
2x GTX580
8GB RAM
GPU Acceleration turned off

Ok it seems to be related to the Vertical Sync - it was accidentally turned on to Tripple Buffered, turning this off fixes it.
