Console command to show only tick rate information for server?

Currently using n_stats but it's way too much information on the screen, makes playing the game whilst monitoring the server really difficult.
I can't keep the web interface open as that causes lag to the server.
Anyone know a way of reducing the stats shown on n_stats or just showing the server tick rate information?

It's such a shame that the web console is so demanding on the server as well, otherwise i would just leave the performance tab open on my other monitor.
