DX11 has higher frames, but causes micro-stutter due to the game's resources not being loaded proper

The DX11 (Beta) is not loading resources properly into the VRAM (0mb utilization). My CPU is an Athlon II X4 645 3.1GHz, my GFX card is a Radeon 4850 512mb, my RAM is 4GB, and the game runs fine on DX9 at 60fps. However on the new DX11 beta, that isn't the case-- due to the resources not preloading into the VRAM, the game starts to stutter and freeze.

Here's a screenshot to show the proof:

Hopefully this issue is fixed soon! The DX11 renderer allows me to crank up the quality much more without losing frames-- the only reason I don't have it cranked up in this photo is because I was testing to see if it was a problem with any of the stuff I had on.

r_stats is lying to you. It has been broken for a while, but is mostly fixed in 256. In 255, everything below draw calls and primitives is returning false data.
