Game crashes/shuts down computer during map change/random times

Ever since the Reinforcement patch my computer just shuts down as in complete power down immediately during random game play of Natural Selections 2. This was never the case prior to the patch. Before I thought it was NS2 I ran a complete diagnostic of my hardware using Eurosoft (I'm a tech and have this software at my leisure), memtest and software check (chkdsk, sfc /scannow, virus check etc.) and everything turned up fine. I even reseeded everything thinking something was loose. I even checked my temperatures and all fall below 53 Celsius and I even added a fresh coat of thermal paste just in case. Since my computer ONLY shutdowns suddenly during the launch of NS2(when I hit the menu), game play and map switching(happens mostly during this) I have come to a conclusion that it has to be related or is directly related to NS2. The problem is that I cannot get an error code to show up in game because my computer completely turns off. The only error message I get is from windows stating my computer turned off incorrectly. I did use a program called Who Crashed and got the following...
Crash dump directory: C:\Windows\Minidump

This was probably caused by the following module: ntoskrnl.exe (nt+0x4ADE7C)
Bugcheck code: 0x124 (0x0, 0xFFFFFA8005249038, 0x0, 0x0)
Error: WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR
file path: C:\Windows\system32\ntoskrnl.exe
product: Microsoft® Windows® Operating System
company: Microsoft Corporation
description: NT Kernel & System
Bug check description: This bug check indicates that a fatal hardware error has occurred. This bug check uses the error data that is provided by the Windows Hardware Error Architecture (WHEA).
This is likely to be caused by a hardware problem problem. This problem might be caused by a thermal issue.
The crash took place in the Windows kernel. Possibly this problem is caused by another driver which cannot be identified at this time.

I tried what the sticky post states of deleting my common files in the steam directory, rebooting my computer and all that stuff. I tried toggling different graphic settings like DX9 and DX11. I even lowered all graphic settings to the bare minimal and nothing fixes the problem. And yes I spent an hour or so sifting through other threads and found 1 identical stating something about a memory leak problem but since the problem didn't happen until the Reinforcement patch and I have thoroughly tested my ram with two separate diagnostic softwares AND reseeded my ram...lets just say it is not the ram.

I have attached my techsupport file for further investigation. I have also attached my mini dump.

I look forward to some feedback.
