Why does the game load so slowly?

in the previous build, it used to be 30 seconds. Now it takes a whole 2 minutes to load, just enough time for me to go load up a popcorn bag in the microwave and wait till it is done. At least I don't hear the grinding noise on my hard drive when the map loads. Now it appears when the UI textures are loading after the map loads and when I go join aliens and when I hit b on aliens.

    That's a already known issue. Hopefully another thing which gets fixed with 256.
