Resource modifiers

Just throwing some ideas out there. I came up with an idea of setting starting resources and the rates of RTs generated.
- Set starting resources.
- Plentiful: 30 Pres and 70 Tres.
- Normal: The default starting res. (20 Pres and 60 Tres.)
- Limited: 10 Pres and 50 Tres.
- Very Limited: 5 Pres and 40 Res.
- Almost to nothing: 0 Pres and 30 TRes.
- Set rates at which resource towers generates.
- Fast: 1 res per 4 seconds
- Normal: Default rate (1 res per 6 seconds)
- Slow: 1 res per 8 seconds
- Very slow: 1 res per 10 seconds.
- Very very slow: 1 res per 12 seconds.
The bottom three is where it adds more difficulty to the game and may require more in depth strategy. Perhaps a vote to change these modifiers would be fairer if allowed. As much as I'm concerned about the plentiful option, where alien players may go insta lerk. To make this fairer, alien players cannot evolve to a higher life form for 30 seconds or a minute once the game has started.
