I am not sure what you mean? The game only started crashing on me after the Reinforced update.
I am using the latest GFX drivers for my system.
Edit: Actually the crashes only started after the latest patch that "fixed" DX9 fullscreen, the "broken" patches before didnt crash on me at all.
