Power surge should be a button on powered structures

Simple change, and it should lead to much more awareness of power surge, since almost 90% of comms don't know about it. Make power surge a button on powered structures.
Function:
1) Every structure has a power surge icon, it is greyed or redded out if no active turret factory.

Clicking on marines to give them cat/ammo/med pax?!
No, I'd prefer the current system - it's more flexible.
But the power surge button on every building seems a good idea.
I was meaning, the button is augmented onto buildings that require power to function. Obviously you wouldn't be able to activate it until the power was out.
I say yes since it cost 3 times as much res.
