installing problems

hi i cannot install the game i dont know why

when my download gets %100 it stop and cant run the game
it start downloading again, i use the cache to verify files but nothing, anyone can help?

    Keep us updated on your progress. It does sound more like an issue with Steam than with Natural Selection 2, though.
