Independently changing horizontal and vertical mouse sensitivity?

Pretty much what the titel says.

When I set my horizontal sensitivity on something I'm comfortable with my vertical sensitivity is to low resulting in missing most of my shots as a marine.
Setting my mouse sensitivity higher to resolve that problem obviously makes my horizontal sensitivity to high.
So I ask again: Is there a way to independently set my horizontal and vertical mouse sensitivity?

I don't think it's possible in-game. Especially as raw input should mean that all the mouse inputs are read directly from the driver/Windows. What mouse do you have? If it has its own control panel there might be an option.

That's interesting though, it's the first time I've heard of someone who would actually prefer to have different sensitivities for the axes.
