Memory Fault Crash

i have a oldie pc amd 4600 x2 with 2 gb ram ddr400 and gts250 with 1gb dd3 and i thought at begining was memory faults thats cause me random crash to desktop, specially when servers are above to get full , but after memory programs checks i saw not was my memory fault coz they seem good. Before 254 i had also random crashes to desktop but very less amount.
i put here some log if it can serve

That has nothing to do with performance, and is just a small bug that's already known.
