Linux - "No such file or directory" Error

Hi, can not start on Linux. help

OS: CentOS 6.4 x64
Memory: 4GB
[USERNAME]@[OSNAME]:~/Steam/ns2server$ ./server_linux32 -name "LinuxTEST " -limit 16 -port 27099
./server_linux32: error while loading shared libraries: libspeex.so.1: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

libspeex.so.1: Some file.
libspeex.so.1_5: Some file.

    If I would guess you will need to install speex, try "yum install speex".
