Game crashes on startup

I bought Natural Selection about a 2 days ago. When i first got it it started up fine but i went to the settings tab and accidentally changed the resolution to an unreadable tiny box. It was stuck at a resolution like 200x300 for an entire day before I realized that the graphics settings were on a different tab. I couldn't see any of the options when it was in that resolution so in my random clicking I may have broken the game. Once i finally fixed the resolution, I closed out of the game because it said it needed a restart, and once I reopened it it would just stay on a black screen with the little windows loading cursors. I don't know if i changed a setting that just makes it crash or something.

16gb of ram
intel i5 2500k
1tb hard drive
intel graphics 3000

Can you run techsupport .exe, and post the resulting zip file. Gives us a bit more insight into what is going wrong

I'd do a search on your computer for "%appdata%" then go into roaming folder, then NS2 folder, then delete system_options file, then try starting NS2 again.
