Bug: Stuck in Tutorial [252]

This occurred in 252, but I guess it will apply to 253 as well.
Out of curiosity, I ran the Tutorial. I followed the steps as indicated. As I usually knew what was coming, I finished a few steps before the announcer was finished, but besides that, I did nothing special IIRC.
In the Aliens part, after killing the Marine south-west of generator, the text "press shift to silence your footsteps" appeared. But no matter what I did (of course including sneaking), the text did not disappear, and the tutorial was stuck. I have rebound a few keys, but "special movement" is still on shift.
