Deferring mouse sensitivity and acceleration to Windows.

Hi guys,
I like to set mouse sensivity and acceleration via my mouse's drivers and via Windows (i.e., setting the mouse speed to 6/11, enabling precision/acceleration, and adjusting the DPI to set the actual 'speed'). Is there a way to have NS2 totally defer to those settings and intepret what the driver is saying, 1:1?
Basically I want to avoid having the game multiply my movements internally, if at all possible.
Sorry if this question has been answered before somewhere; I did a search and couldn't find anything, but I might have missed it.
Thanks!
