Game crashes right away

I dont even get to the main menu screen. no error pops up.

This happened after the update.

intel duo core cpu e8400 @ 3.00ghz 267.ghz (don't know what any of that means)
geforce gtx 550 Ti
windows vista 32 bit

I even updated my graphics driver and it still doesn't work.

verified game integrity
reinstalled
downloaded directx from the link above

did all the above and checked if it worked after each time and it still crashes

verified integrity after game reinstall
deleted userdata folder
didnt work

Think I found the problem, I am getting that directx11 error others are getting, but for vista to use directx11 it needs service pack 2 but I have service pack 1 asdf casetvscfZS$gvcSC$Fastv4aser
