NS2 not starting error - fix

ns2 would not run at all this morning on 2 pc's
removal and reinstalls of steam and ns2 several times - no effect
trying to run the app directly from the steamapp folder came up with - D3dcompiler_43.dll missing.
Solution that worked for me.
Do not simply try and replace the missing file. I went to the direct download page and selected the following option
directx end user runtime web installer - couple of minutes to install, then retried NS2. it took a good 30 seconds but ns2 did start and did an optimisation.
Be patient takes a bit of time to start up and still didn't select the best options. But NS2 now running fine
