My server doesn't appeared in the NS2 server list

Hello guys,
I have setup a NS2 server with the nice wiki. Everything has work correctly (at least it seems). So my server start correctly, I and people outside can connect to this server but they must connect with the console , it doesn't appeared in the server list in NS2 directly. I have set up the server one hours ago so maybe i must wait i don't really know , or something is badly configured somewhere (port configuration ? ). If you have an idea ... here the log (not really something to see but we never know ...)

The master server uses another port one above the port used. You will need to open 27015 and 27016. Once that is done your server should start to appear.
I've not been hosting servers for a while and used to maintain the wiki for server deployment. Would like to begin running servers again on Linux and was wondering if all the previous configuration options (as listed in the wiki) are still in effect in the current build of NS2.

Yeah i have follow the wiki exactly and everything has work correctly (the port problem was because another stuff was running on the same port). Unlikelly this night there was a NS2 update and i try to update but something has gone bad. So i have decide to delete the ns2 folder and just to download again everything with the : app_update 4920 validate
I retake my start.sh etc ... and when i click on execute start.sh (with the gui) nothing happen (screen -x ns2 said no screen to match).
Is there something to help me to know what is the problem ? log somewhere ?
I have try to launch in command line this : wine Server.exe and it says : cannot find L"C:\\windows\\system32\\Server.exe" ( i suppose it command line this must work).
In the ns2 folder i have found no .exe and can't find too the Server.exe elsewhere (...wine/drive_c/windows/system32) . If you have some clues ....

I have install the server on my windows computer and I have see the "famous" server.exe with many dll. I can't find noone of them in my debian server in the system32 folder. I don't really get it how all these stuff dissapeared as it was working yesterday ...
I have try to put all my windows library + server.exe in the system32 and as you can imagine it has failed more or less ,here the logs :

So this just confirm that now the server is "launching" but with many problems , i suppose it's because of dll windows or something windows special.
So did you have any ideas why the app_update 4920 doesn't put anymore these files in the system32 folder ? why they dissapeard ? how i can get it back ?
