Ok now i know its kinda lame to suggest others create a mod and to not try myself but with 0 program skills and a simple idea (i would think) here goes anyway...
So i saw on the workshop a pretty slick medic skin, but well no one wants 6-12 medics on a team so my idea would be to have a server mod that skined (optionally) the admin in a medic uniform (they are there to help right? currently there are a some badge mods that show who the admin are but id be pretty slick for them to get a fancy new uniform....
