    I'm running on all low, try it. Maybe it's some video settings affecting alien vision lighting.

    I mean the images. The forum didn't show them, just a text telling me the name of the forum. Took it about 10 minutes to actually show up, so I see what you meant now. Thought we were talking about the atmospherics, not just a brightened ground.

    But you can clearly see flashlight and can tell there is marine behind a corner.

    I don't think this gets deactivated when you turn reflections off. This was already in the game before reflections were added.

    These are not reflections, but specular lighting. Which you can't turn off, at least via video settings. I'm running on all low.
