My key got banned from my steamaccount

Hello, i bought Natural Selection 2 fair and square around 8 months ago and even got 20 hours of playtime out of it. Now i wanted to play it again last week, but the game is gone: It is listed under "other games" in my library and there is only a purchase button. Even if i start it manually over its .exe and join a multiplayer game it blocks me and says authentication failed.
Now of course i contacted steam but the support just told me that the publisher blocked by cd-key and they cant give me any more information. Got no reaction from UnknownWorlds either so far.
So basically i bought a game online, was able to play it for a while but now its decided that the game should be deleted from my account. I got no notification neither from steam about it, nor from UnknownWorlds that this would happen or why it happened. Also noone is even trying to answer my questions so far. That is a huge dissappointment concerning customer treatment.
So now at the least please contact me, so i can give you the information you need about my accountname and key and tell me why you just blocked it.

I didn't want to troll you in any way,i didn't know Steam Support sent you here. But if that's the case, it seems like your key was one of the scammed ones. Where did you buy it?
As Confused already said please contact UWE, this forum is only able to help at tech problems as we are not uwe employees in any way.
Message me if that's the case, with steam emails and account info etc.. Basically all the evidence and info you can provide.
