Yes, see the options. I recommend borderless mode.

Keep in mind you might get performance drop in windowed and windowless bordered mode. It kind of makes things more jittery, at least for me, and it's not like I run the game with terrible specs either.

You'll only get a performance drop if your graphics card is bottlenecking you, with this game it is PROBABLY the cpu so it won't make a difference.

(Borderless) Windowed mode is so worth it to be able to alt-tab out during the long loading screens.

I dont think SLI or crossfire work in windowed mode, hence why things are not as smooth

borderless windowed mode ingames is the best settings after resolution I can select in any good game these days.
NS2 thankfully has one, and I use nothing else but borderless windowed
