    My clan commander has been plugging that game for two days now. Even told us that anyone that wants to play for ladders can have the game. I've heard mixed reactions... something about it being seriously unbalanced. You can have unlimited Jedi per team... also I don't like the surroundings. The backgrounds don't seem to fit with the models. I haven't played it yet, but just from the screenies and reviews, I'm not impressed. <!--emo&:)--><img src="http://www.natural-selection.org/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':)'><!--endemo-->

    *grin* Then you haven't played it yet. Sure, the MP side's characters don't fit with the maps, but that's cause they're deathmatches or CTF's and stuff. And the force powers aren't as strong as you might think.. and it's not as if only one team has them, so it's pretty balanced.

    That's ok... I'll keep my oldies but goodies, TFC/Tribes2. I'm happy. I've been WAY too into MOHAA SP lately for anything else. Just the other day I discovered the beauty that is MOHAA FFA DM (acronym hell around here). So awesome.

    I play AVP2 with pings of well over 500 and finish top of the ladder almost every time (Alien runner of course). ADSL is gonna kick ###.

    JK II is an awesome game, I dont care what the reviews say, it is just damn fun.     I have an nVidia Riva TNT 1, a P2 450mhz processor and 64megs RAM... and the game runs... it's mind numbingly choppy and the best framerate I can get is 20fps... but it's still enjoyable... most of the time.

    The SP mode is great, even though Jan looks like a Klingon on my machine, the MP is the only thing I have any gripes with, unbalanced weapons and uninspired gameplay, Raven could have done so much more with the License but... they didn't.

    Oh well, hopefully some MODs will fix that.

    It looks really really cool, and I hope it is. I hear the multiplayer is awesome. These 2 kids at my school are obsessed with Starwars, (they would bear Boba Fetts child) and so if they say something SW is good, then its good.

    The multiplayer could actually be better. Most n00bs don't know about dueling, and the bots don't behave like the SP ones. But they'll fix that.

    And yes, the double blade is a cheat. And it doesn't have extra animations, so half the time one blade is sticking through your body.

    The double-bladed saber was never meant to be used for real. One guy threw it in with fifteen minutes of work. I'm surprised it works as well as it does.

    I hardly ever have money! I would buy this game so fast if I had the money...
    I used to spam fireballs all over the place in JK, but I was never any good. The lag was horrible with my dear ol' 56k. You'd be swingin at some guy in front of you, little do you know he's BEHIND you with a gatling gun D:
    I certainly hope the lightning force is a lot more powerful. Didn't do a lot of good in JK.

    fireballs in JK? ah well, from what i hear force ligthing is MUCH more useful, it DID suck in JK. took forever to get it started, and used up all your force.
