Can't change total frames in cinematic editor and other things not showing up right

] I can't select "Ok" so I'm stuck at 100 frames total, and I am not sure what to do.
I also have a problem with the buttons being cut off on this

and have to click around like 10 times on the like 2 pixels of buttons showing. I can't resize any of the windows either.
Is this like this for anyone else?

    There is a resize triangle in the bottom right of each window ?

    Holy thread bump! Just thought I'd say I fixed my issue for anyone else that might have this issue. Apparently the font size on my computer is 125% for default, set it to 100% and it is how it should be. As it is incredibly annoying.
