Visual feedback for Umbra and Phantom in alien vision

When I hear a nearby lerk using umbra, I have to turn off alien vision to see if it's on me.
When using phantom and standing still, I cannot tell if I'm camouflaged without turning off alien vision.

I think either some text on screen saying I'm under umbra or camouflaged, or a change in the alien skin while in alien vision would be appropriate to fix this issue.

default alien vision is utter bull. There's mods that do it way better but uwe still holds on to this horrible greenorange hell.

There are mods that alter the alien vision and make it better, and I think UWE is already working on making the alien vision more friendly.

Its part of the game in my opinion, alienvision gives you more info about some things, less about other things.
