Docking pathing bug

Using the staircase (not escalator) that leads up to the RT in East Wing normally results in the Drifter falling through the steps and spinning in circles underneath. The area around the RT in Stability also has a similar problem - the Drifter moves under the floor and back up again when you move around, and sometimes spins in circles.

    having a drifter go maintenance to generator sometimes (rarely?) causes it to get stuck in the ceiling, unable to do anything. not positive if it was visible or not, but I doubt it. It was my first drifter and was there the entire hour long game without anyone else mentioning anything about it, or killing it.

    East Wing stair bug confirmed, seen ARCs fall below the stairs several times
