Pause Plugin

Can't count how many times I've been either watching or playing a game where lag or some other issue interferes with a game in a big way. Please make some sort of a Pause Game plugin/option (Similar to Dota2?) and include it in your big patch in the late august.

Already exists and is in DAK. Probably hasn't been updated in 20 builds though.
