Bug report ( Class: Fade )

Hey guys
Recently i tried to play the Fade couple times after the new patch, I thought it would be alright and should be better.
But when i evolve to the Fade, I can't access the score board or see my health bar correctly or my energy, it stays full as the picture shown ( But actually it isn't).
My map basically glitched as well when i turned into the Fade, on the picture, I stood beside the hive whereas me on the map was on a completely different location.
And when i die, obviously everything turned into normal as the picture shown.
I am not sure if the Ons would be the same, but I think i encountered several bug like this before as an Ons. ( other classes was all good )
I reinstalled the game
I verified game cache
But nothing worked
