Scoreboard improvements needed, plus "weld me!" icon on hud

The scoreboard could use some love, namely:
1) Showing who has a welder
2) Showing who has mines
3) Showing if they have a jetpack, I don't think it shows this currently? It does show exo though.
Would also love to see some of the text converted to icons. Welder, mines, and specific gun icon (except for rifle). Currently the game does have a wrench icon for things that need welded, but the player should be able to hit a key to make a "weld" sound indicating they need a weld for absent minded players before saying it over voicecomm.
