Server Performance taking a hit after about 6 hours of uptime

This seems to be true for most servers at the moment and also happened in the previous build. Any ideas what could be causing this?

Thanks for that Gamerkatze. Problem is, the CPU isnt being stressed and neither is the memory usage going up anymore, just the performance (tick) goes down the pan unless the server process is restarted
