'Echo' build 250 bugs

I've been noticing a lot of bugs when using echo on the shift, notably, when teleporting harvesters across the map. Sometimes it does work, other times it just plays the "cloud" animation and the model sinks below the floor, then reappears in the same location without teleporting. All the requirements are being met:
1) RT is infested and able to place a harvester there
2) Cyst chain is connected properly
3) Plenty of team res to echo
4) Harvester is well within range of stationary shift
I have to try it a couple of times before it'll successfully teleport in many instances. Anybody else notice this.

However it may have been that my infestation wasn't fully over the RT location, but I'm sure it was
