Consistency Failure For Specators

Found a bug, any spectator using one of the views with a HUD (not first person) will be kicked for failed consistency, this is on every server and happens to everyone. I thought failed distribution to servers at first but the .hashes file matches the MD5, you still get kicked, so confused. If this isn't fixed within hours then all server admins are going to have to whitelist that file (honestly should be anyway, why block that).

EDIT: I should add the file is ui/topbar.dds.
