New Maps

Just wondering about the status of upcoming maps (not biodome)?

I know there are plenty in the works (ala the mapping forum), just curious as to whether any are close to completion. The only one I've seen for vanilla ns2 that seems in a completed state is Jambi.

    Head over to the mapping forum. There are plenty of projects in the works, and some are even close to completion. To name a few.... Tanith, caged, ayumi, kodiak, hera, eclipse, prison

    We do need some new maps. I hope that is top priority now that the balance patch is out and not just something left solely to modders. And not just one and done, let's get 2 or 3 out there and get some real variety going.

    Eclipse is being worked on to my knowledge, That is probably pretty close to completion and might have a chance to be released with Biodome, or maybe after.

    Mendasp finish a NS2 map? Better install some velure lining in my coffin because this is going to be a long wait <3
