Has anyone thought about an "unrealistic mod" for NS2?

I was thinking about this today. NS2 is a really pretty game, but looks absolutely terrible on lower end PCs because of its realistic artstyle. Im in alien vision 100% of the time because of it. It would be kind of cool to have a more stylized game, similar to TF2. Less busy textures, more solid colors. Something like that?

Does anyone know of any mods or skins that fit that bill?
