Just an idea I had, what if Parasite was changed from Normal damage type, to Biological, and still allowed to infect buildings?

This would let it still reveal Marines and structures, but would not only prevent the clutter of structure under attack messages for the Marines from Skulks who hide and lure them in with parasite attacks on extractors/whatnot, but would also allow skulks to reveal high importance targets like command centers without giving away that they have seen them. You would be able to parasite a command chair (I believe they're able to be para'd in at least BT currently) and tell your team that there's a command chair in Data Core or whatever room without inciting the Marines to respond and check out what did damage to their structure.

I also know that this can easily be accomplished by having a mic, but with the change, parasiting structures seems to draw more players to go to them than talking over a mic as players will have more visual information than simply an audio request or command, which entices them more. :D

I think I shot myself in the foot posting this thread, because I inadvertently suggested an idea that would prevent my favorite skulking tactic of biting a power node down to 30 health, and parasiting it twice before waiting for unsuspecting marines to come in so I can turn out the lights and devour them. :|
