Let Us Adjust Atmospherics Amount

Ok, for those of you who have turned this option on before, you probably think that atmospherics is too distracting and can make it a bit hard to see. I think devs should make an option with a slider or setting that goes like off-low-med-high (where the current amount is medium or high) so that we can adjust exactly how much atmospherics we want.
