The thing I'm really missing on the website is a clear roadmap
For example I love the roapmap that's being used for PlanetSide 2. Just take a look over here: http://www.planetside2.com/roadmap
You can see that people voted on the forums for certain new idea's/options and if the Sony dev's thinks it's a great idea and implementable, they put it on the roadmap to implement at a certain morth in the future.
This way:
- You clearly show that listen to your customers
- you make people actively contribute with new idea's on the forums
- You show that your company has a certain goal it wants to achieve AND it's all planned out.
